Engaging customers during Covid.

Series of sales videos for German eyewear manufacturer Rodenstock.

Rodenstock Australia is the local office of a large German spectacles manufacturer. With COVID restrictions the sales team was unable to hold face-to-face meetings with their optometrist customers and prospects.

I was hired by a production company (The Construction Site) to write and direct a series of short films that could be used to engage customers and prospects by reinforcing the level of support that the Rodenstock lab was able to provide.

In the example below we were introducing the team and the 'Rodenstock way' so that a customer could understand how Rodenstock Australia was different to other manufacturers and distributors in the market.

The videos have since been adapted for use in a number of digital channels and environments, for example this is one of the vertical format re-edits.
